Wonderland Cares
In order to better serve our community, we are continuing to use our new submission program. All donation requests must be made on line, using the on line application form. Please note that there have been some changes to our charitable program and all requests will be reviewed in accordance with the criteria published below.
At Canada's Wonderland, we are dedicated to making people happy by providing them with fun, exciting and memorable experiences.
As a proud community partner, we strive to support our neighbours through an active community relations effort focused on children and families. By giving back to our community, we thank those who have supported our mission over the years and help ensure a bright future for those who will visit us tomorrow.
Ticket donations are provided to those non-profit organizations meeting all requirements and are subject to ticket availability. A ticket request does not guarantee a donation, and a maximum of two (2) tickets per request may be granted. Requests generally take two to four weeks to process. Groups may receive a total of two (2) tickets per year.
Canada's Wonderland will only accept requests from organizations located within The Golden Horseshoe Area. Anchored by Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, the Golden Horseshoe area borders extend to Niagara Falls to the south, Hamilton to the west, Barrie to the north and Oshawa to the east.
WHO CAN WE SUPPORT
We support children and families in ways that produce measurable and positive results. By working with organizations that support our mission, we can enrich lives in our community. We are focused in two primary areas:
- Compassion: We believe we can turn a frown upside down by providing memorable outings for those facing medical challenges, living with disabilities and making his/her way despite a disadvantaged start.
- Education: As a leader in theme park innovation, Canada's Wonderland appreciates the value of education and creativity. We support those organizations that are committed to opening children's minds and hearts to the power of ideas through literacy, art and technology.
WHO WE CAN'T SUPPORT
We would like to provide monetary and ticket support to everyone, and we thank you for visiting to see if your non-profit group is eligible. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support to the following groups:
- Individuals or individual families
- For-profit organizations
- Political parties
- Any organization that discriminates due to colour, sex, nationality, sexual orientation or creed
- Any organization that does not support our mandate
HOW CAN WE APPLY?
Non-Profit organizations can now Apply on line. Written applications will not be accepted. All requests for 2009, will be accepted from February 1, 2009 until March 31, 2009. Please have the following information ready for your application:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Organization Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Non-profit ID/tax ID
- Information on your event
- Where do the funds raised assist? For example: literacy, research, etc.
All requests will be acknowledged, however not all will be filled. Generally, we limit donations to organizations within our community. Requests generally take 2 - 4 weeks to process. Unfortunately due to the volume of requests, we are unable to respond to inquiries requesting a status of the submitted request.

GIVE KIDS THE WORLD
If you have a Give Kids The World passport, please fax in a copy of the passport to (905) 832-7419. Please include a contact name and phone number. We will respond to your fax within 2-3 weeks times.
