Picnic baskets and coolers are welcome at the Pavilion located outside Wonderland near the Front Gate. With the exception of special dietary/need items, outside food and beverages are not allowed in the park. Plastic bottled water may be brought into the park. |

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted while riding, or standing in line for rides and attractions. There is no smoking in any children’s area (Kidzville, Hanna Barbera Land and Nickelodeon Central), or any restaurants, outdoor patio, live entertainment venue (International Showplace, Kingswood Music Theatre and the F/X Theatre), shops, or in Splashworks.
There are six designated smoking areas in the Park located in the following areas:
- outside the Main Entrance,
- at the entrance of Medieval Faire,
- at the south side of International Street,
- by Swings of the Century,
- by the exit of Skyrider,
- and by the entrance to the F/X Theatre.
Designated smoking areas are clearly marked. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. |

If you are planning a two-day visit to Canada’s Wonderland, the best deal is our 2-day admission ticket valid for any two operating days from May 6th to October 7th. Season Passes are also available for unlimited visits throughout the season.

Rides will close due to adverse weather conditions, particularly heavy rain, high winds and/or lightning. This is to ensure that the safety of all our guests is not compromised in unpredictable weather. A specific answer as to which rides close or remain open is not possible because varying degrees of inclement weather cause different effects on different rides. Please be assured that Canada’s Wonderland makes every effort to reopen the rides as quickly and safely as possible after the adverse weather conditions cease. No refunds or raincheques will be issued. |

Alcohol can only be purchased by persons over the age of 19 with valid government issued photo I.D. Alcohol must also stay on venue premises and cannot be consumed or taken out of the specified area. |

Baby bottles can be warmed up in most of our restaurants as well as our Baby Care Centres located in Kidzville and Medieval Faire. Diaper changing areas and/or family restrooms are also available in the Park. For the exact location of each facility, please check our Park Map. |

Children can be measured at our Height Check Stations located on either side of International Street. Color-coded wristbands are provided at these locations and correspond to the color found on the Rules and Regulations signs located at the entrance of each ride. For the safety of your child, shoes that contribute excessively to height should not be worn. We reserve the right to ask that shoes be removed to ensure that a child’s height is not being artificially enhanced or manipulated. |

From the delicious taste of Coasters, The Marketplace- International Buffet, Backlot Café, Pizza Pizza, Manchu Wok, Mr. Sub, and Dairy Queen, to the classic tastes of funnel cakes, Tiny Tom Donuts, Thrill Burger and Cookie Café – Canada’s Wonderland has something for everyone! The park’s full service restaurants also offer children’s menus. Natural fruit juices and milk are available throughout the park. |

First Aid is located in Medieval Faire beside the Spinovator ride and is staffed by certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) at all times. If you need medical assistance please tell any park employee and he/she will call First Aid and have an EMT dispatched to your location. Medication cannot be dispensed to minors without parental consent. |

Line Jumping is defined as “CUTTING IN FRONT OF OTHER WAITING GUESTS, LEAVING THE LINE THEN ATTEMPTING TO RE-ENTER. THIS INCLUDES USING THE RESTROOM FACILITIES OR TO PURCHASE FOOD OR DRINKS.” Once you leave your place in line, you have forfeited it, no matter what the reason. Saving a place in line is simply not permitted. |

Lockers are located at the Front Gate across from Thrills are Wonderland and inside the entrance of Splash Works. The all-day rental fee for these lockers is $11. A refund will be given when the key is returned. Canada’s Wonderland assumes no liability for items in the locker. |

All items that are found arrive at our Lost and Found Centre at Guest Services located at the Front Gate. If you lose an item on a ride, please notify a ride attendant and go to Guest Services to file a Lost and Found Report. In order to keep the ride in operation, an immediate search is not possible. If you have found an item in the park, please notify security personnel. |

Canada’s Wonderland provides pet kennel services located outside Front Gate for a daily fee of $6. Water and air-conditioned shelters are provided. Guests are asked to provide food and exercise. Please DO NOT leave pets inside your vehicle. |

Before exiting the park, please ensure that you have a legible stamp on your hand. If your stamp is worn or has been washed off, please present your ticket stub to any of our admission staff located at the Front Gate for a new stamp. |

Wheelchairs and strollers are available for a one-day rental at the Rental Centre located inside the Front Gate. The rental fee is $10 for a single stroller, $15 for a double stroller or wagon, $12 for a manual wheelchair and $40 for an Electric Convenience Vehicle (ECV). Rentals are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. |
